Summary of Terms and Conditions:

• Booking & Deposits — A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Your booking isn't confirmed until the deposit is received, and you're responsible for providing accurate event details (date, time, location, guest count) at the time of booking.
• 24-Hour Confirmation Rule — You must confirm your rental is still on and your location is ready within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Failure to confirm may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
• Weather Cancellations — If weather makes the event unsafe or impractical, you're fully protected — choose between a complete refund or a free reschedule to any mutually available date, no questions asked.
• No-Show Policy — If Golf Party arrives at your confirmed location and no one is present, we'll wait up to 15 minutes and attempt to reach you. If there's still no contact, the booking is marked a no-show and your deposit is forfeited.
• Equipment Damage — The customer is solely responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of Golf Party equipment during the rental period — including the tent, laptop, projector, launch monitor, hitting mats, and all accessories. Damage is billed at full retail or repair market value.
• Location Requirements — Your setup area must be accessible, level, adequately sized, and have a standard electrical outlet nearby. You're also responsible for any permits or HOA approvals needed for your event.
• Liability & Our Commitment — Golf Party's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your booking. That said, if something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right — through a refund, reschedule, discount, or another fair resolution.
• General Legal Terms — These Terms are governed by Kentucky law. Disputes are first addressed informally, then through arbitration if needed. By booking, you also agree to the Golf Party Privacy Policy and Full Terms and Conditions at www.thegolfparty.com/privacy-policy.
